On our way to Costco today, Jared spotted something and yelled two words......
That's right people....a Cafe Rio is opening up, just down the street from our house! I know this is not exciting to all my friends who live in Utah and Vegas but, I crave that chicken salad and the cilantro dressing pretty often.
I am ECSTATIC!!!!

OH MY GOSH!!!! I can't believe that Cafe Rio has made to Cali! This calls for a double date! Good friends + good food = a good time!
