june and july

I couldn't let June and July go by without mentioning a few firsts, events and happenings.

By far, summer is our favorite time of year.

My little sis Rhiannon graduated from SDSU. She had little party at her house. Congrats Sissy!

Caden was over taking pictures. So funny.

We had our first camping experience. We camped at the Carlsbad campgrounds with our best friends, The Thrapps. We had a lot of fun and Caden was a champ! 

The dads managed to bribe the kids into scalp treatments

On our way home from camping, we met our niece Shauntel at Pacific Whey in Newport Coast. She was visiting California for her senior trip. We adore Shaunie.

We celebrated my birthday (twice). I'm one lucky girl.

Caden went swimming for the first time. He LOVED the water. Now, he gets really excited when he sees a pool or the bathtub for that matter.

We celebrated Auntie Maren's birthday as well.

I think that wraps up June and July, aside from our 2 week road trip {coming soon in its own post}
There's nothing like a fun filled summer!
